You can take Chandra prabha vati along with Thyroxine. There will not be any problem. You can take 2tablets thrice daily for 2weeks along with drinking a lot of water. After 3-5days, if there is no much improvement please take Brhatyadi kasyam - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily.
