Your low heart rate is also called as Bradycardia. As you may aware the heart usually beats between 60 and 100 times a minute in an adult at rest. In bradycardia the heart beats fewer than 60 times minute. During rest, as you mentioned that you have heart beat at 50’s and night times 30’s it is considered as bradycardia. Clot in LA is of great concern.If your doctor has recommended you for an open heart surgery it would always be advisable to go for it rather than try your luck in our system.
